Anu Sushi was founded in 2018 by refugee entrepreneurs with a simple but ambitious goal: to build a high-quality food business that creates opportunity beyond the meal.  

We are a certified minority-owned company producing thoughtfully prepared sushi for retail and food service partners - guided by standards, accountability and consistency.  From sourcing and preparation to delivery and partnership, we focus on doing the work well, every time.

From the beginning, Anu was also designed as a social enterprise.  A portion of our business supports long-term programs to help children build more stable futures through education, nutrition and care.  This commitment is built into how we operate - not treated as an add-on.
