ABOUT ANU SUSHI
Anu Sushi is a home-grown, Midwest success story having both a local and global social impact. Started by Burmese refugees, the minority-owned social enterprise produces and delivers fresh and delicious sushi daily to hospitals, universities and companies from production kitchens located in Grand Rapids, Detroit and (very soon) Chicago. For each box of sushi sold via retail partners, the company donates a meal to an orphan in Burma. So, Anu Sushi is not just any sushi – it’s Anu idea in giving back.
Anu means a new way of approaching our food choices. A new way of being economically and socially responsible. At Anu Sushi, we strive daily to give our customers the best dining experience. We're also committed to a work environment that rewards and honors everyone. Best of all, together we can give a meal to someone in need.
